Traveling.  I love exploring new places and getting out to experience everything the world has to offer.

What excites you about working for Keypath?

Our people, our global presence and our opportunity for growth.  Collaboration across departments occurs on a daily basis and team members are always looking to improve themselves and our processes.  Our colleagues in the UK and Australia are amazing and are working diligently to become the premier leaders in the online international recruitment space.

Where do you see your specialty going in the next five years?

In admissions, we are the first to engage with students through email, text and the phone.  The information we collect is vital for us to continuously evolve and stay ahead of ever-changing market trends.  I see us using technology and analytics to truly understand the best methods to engage prospective students so that we may provide them with superior service and stay ahead of our competition.  

How can you use your skills to change the student experience for the better?

Students are looking to perform better in their current role, while positioning themselves to be promoted on to the next.  It is critical that we learn about the industries we offer degree programs in and understand the unique curriculum we offer which can set us apart from the competition.  If we can identify where skill gaps exist, we can show a student how they can become better at their current job as they prepare for their next role through the education we can offer them.

What is your favorite personal achievement?

Earning my online MBA while balancing a full-time job, raising a child with my fiancé, and still finding time to enjoy life with my friends and family.
